Fitness -> Bowhunting ->Work

I have had the opportunity to work with some great athletes over my years coaching basketball, track, baseball, crossfit, olympic weightlifting, and now archery. Subsequently it wasn’t until I started weightlifting did I realize I missed archery so much. That’s a topic for another day. 

In each and every athletic discipline, one very specific detail holds true in order to improve. You. Must. Do. Work. 

If your fitness goal is a 500# dead lift, average a double double in basketball, shoot a Boome and Crocket whitetail, or win a national title in archery…all require work. Work now. Work tomorrow. Work yesterday. 

Eveyone wants to find their niche in life, not everyone wants to put in the work.
